Originally inspired by traditional artisanal skills in Japanese bamboo processing, the Boa table collection designed by Stefan Diez and edited by Hay, translates an organic idea into a contemporary reinterpretation of conference tables. With the utmost attention to the environment, the tubular structure is made entirely of Hydro CIRCAL aluminium, a recycled aluminum composed of a minimum of 75% post-consumer recycled waste, which is extruded in Denmark using renewable energy. Thanks to an innovative bending technique, the aluminum is made into flexible industrial profiles that are bent into place during assembly. This unique process, combined with the light weight of aluminium, offers a level of flexibility rarely found in a table of this scale, allowing it to be easily assembled and moved. Customizable table tops are available in numerous material options, including linoleum, laminate, wood or glass, allowing users to tailor the table to specific style and space needs. Available in multiple colors and sizes, the frames can be completed with accessories for power supply and cable storage to amplify their flexibility and possibilities of use in a wide range of professional environments.
