The Smart85 partition is the evolution of a single glaze to a double glaze element, as a filler in the wall itself. As a result, acoustic and static performance are improved and transparency is maintained. Smart85 is free from modular dimensions and makes it possible to create any internal configuration by adapting to all situations. The main profile can accommodate all glass panels 10 or 12 mm thick on both sides (SMARTD85), only on one side (SMART M85 one side) or only a central glass panel (SMART M85).
Structure: extruded aluminium profiles in a satin natural oxidised finish or painted in RAL colours.
Rails: extruded aluminium profile.
Glass: laminated panes 5+5mm or 6+6mm with PVB film 0.38mm layer.
Wood panels: melamine-faced wood composite panel 16mm thick.
Metal panels: sheet thickness 7/10 pre-painted with glued plasterboard core.
Door jamb: natural oxidised aluminium or RAL paint finish.
Doors: panel or transparent.
Partition thickness: 85mm.
