The "Total Workplace Ecosystem" is the fulcrum of the project for the new Cushman & Wakefield headquarters in Milan.
A rethinking in the way of conceiving post-pandemic work spaces in the name of well-being and sustainability.
Today the office is a strategic tool for the company and helps to improve its productivity.
The space is structured according to the Activity Based Working criteria: 190 people (with growth forecast to 225) work in smart working mode: the workstations, which can be booked in rotation, are 148 of which 30% of the sit- stand, as required by the WELL Protocol, but the main value in attracting people to the office is interaction, the possibility of socializing and sharing experiences. It is therefore the Business Social Hub, the heart of the project, a welcoming meeting place that tells the spirit of the company and generates a sense of belonging: 325 square meters dynamically organized with bars, tables, living areas, alcoves and areas for interviews informal. Next to it the Quiet Room and the Training Room.
The ergonomic and sustainable furnishings of Arper, Estel, Herman Miller, Pedrali, True Design and Zanotta are provided by Cardex.
