Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre entrusted the project to Cushman & Wakefield for the construction of the new offices in the prestigious building designed by Renzo Piano.
The Project & Development Services Team, together with the client, has identified a new operational model of communication, collaboration and more dynamic and interactive focus activities.
Shared workstations have been created with lockers assigned to individual employees, meeting rooms of different sizes, phone booths to guarantee privacy and concentration work, collaboration areas and a widespread lounge area in which employees can work and relax, taking advantage of various recreational areas.
There is also a large table used as a collaborative and reading space with a large bookcase, and a lounge area with enveloping seats.
